Every student's next lesson is planned from what last week's test actually showed.
RS Education Leaders is PhD-led maths and science tutoring for Grade 7–10 and VCE students — private, online, in-person or group, with a first session that starts by finding out exactly where your child is now.
Quadratic equations — moved up early
The same five-step cycle, every topic, every student
This isn't a loose lesson plan — it's the fixed sequence every student moves through, so nothing is guessed and nothing is skipped.
Pre-assessment
First session maps prior learning before anything is planned.
Weekly sessions
Private, online, in-person or group — arranged around what the student needs.
15-minute review
Every session opens with a short test on the previous week's material.
Topic assessment
End of each topic or chapter, checked against the standard.
Level up
Above standard → next level's work. Parents are updated at every step.

Dr Ritu Taneja
Ritu has spent the last 15 years teaching mathematics and science to high school and university students across Melbourne, alongside her work as a university lecturer. RS Education Leaders grew out of that classroom experience — built around the belief that a student's plan should follow directly from evidence of what they know, not a fixed syllabus pace.
Sessions run in small groups or one-on-one, in person around Point Cook and Hoppers Crossing or online, with regular worksheets, past papers and parent check-ins built into every enrolment.
